Sammamish Junk Removal, Garage Reckoning Included
The kayaks nobody paddles, the playset the kids aged out of, the treadmill that became a coat rack: we dismantle it, haul it, and donate what still works. From $89.
The plateau is about 25 minutes from our Kirkland base, up through Redmond on SR 202 and Sahalee Way, and we make that climb several times a week. Breath Out is owner-operated, open 8am to 10pm every day, and priced by truck space with all the dismantling and carrying included. Text a photo of the garage to (206) 609-5581, get a range back in minutes, and pick a window that dodges the 228th school traffic.

What plateau garages are hiding
Sammamish garages are where good intentions go to hibernate. Klahanie and Trossachs three-car garages hold kayaks, paddleboards, a rowing machine, and the second fridge that stopped getting cold. Sahalee and Pine Lake homes give up heavy furniture that was clearly bought to stay, plus the patio set that lost to two winters of rain. Beaver Lake and Timberline backyards are where the playsets and trampolines live, and we take those apart ourselves rather than asking you to find the hex keys. The newer townhomes around Town Center have smaller garages that fill even faster with move-in boxes nobody opened. Add the pre-listing purge for families selling the plateau house, the hot tub that outlived its heater, and the office chairs from a home setup that moved back downtown, and that is a normal Sammamish week for us.
What the plateau pays
Sammamish has some of the highest household incomes in Washington, and the franchises price for it. We price by truck space instead. A single item is $89–$139, a quarter truck $349–$499, a half truck $649–$899, three-quarters $999–$1,299, and a full 16-ft truck $1,299–$1,599. A hot tub is $225–$400 to break down and haul, and TVs or e-waste run $89 alone or $59 tacked onto another load. Worked example from a Klahanie cul-de-sac: a dismantled playset, a trampoline, a treadmill, and a dead second fridge come to roughly three-quarters of the truck, so the bill lands at $999–$1,299 with the dismantling, the carrying, and the transfer station fee already inside it. There is no access charge for a long driveway and no fuel line at the bottom. Code FIRSTHAUL takes $25 off a first pickup.
How a Sammamish pickup runs
Send photos to (206) 609-5581 and you have a range in minutes. If your neighborhood has a gate code or HOA rules about where a truck can sit, text those too; we would rather know the night before than at the gate. Single items and small loads often go the same afternoon when you reach us before mid-afternoon, since the plateau is a short climb from Kirkland. Full garage cleanouts book a day ahead so the crew and the truck space match the job. On arrival we confirm the price, then load from the garage, the backyard, or the bonus room directly into the truck. Working gear and clean furniture go to Goodwill and local charities first, metal and appliances go to recycling, and the true leftovers ride to the Factoria Recycling & Transfer Station or Kirkland's Houghton station, whichever is closer to your side of the plateau.

They came through last minute after other services failed to show... Worked hard, fast, and with immense skill. Stellar attitude, not one complaint. Rare to find such skilled labor for such fair pricing these days. 10/10.
