We price by the truck space your unit fills, not by the hour, so you know the number before we touch a box. A 5x10 packed to the door is usually a quarter truck, $349–$499. A 10x10 is usually a half truck, $649–$899. A 10x20 with furniture and a decade of totes runs from a three-quarter truck at $999–$1,299 to a full 16-ft truck at $1,299–$1,599. Labor, the drive, the donation run, and every disposal fee are inside those numbers. If the unit is only half full, the price drops a tier, and if there is real furniture you want moved to your house instead of hauled, we can do that on the same trip at our regular $119 an hour moving rate. How the day goes at the facility
We meet you at the gate, or the facility manager if you are out of town and they have your authorization. The roll-up door goes up, we pull everything into the aisle so you can actually see it, and we sort into three piles: keep, donate, haul. Keepers get loaded into your car or set aside for a delivery to your house. Anything that looks personal, papers, photo albums, a jewelry box in a tote, gets flagged before it moves. Donations ride on the truck to a local charity, and the rest heads to the transfer station. Then we sweep the concrete, take a photo of the empty unit for your records, and you walk to the office and close the account. Most 5x10 and 10x10 units take under two hours. A 10x20 with heavy furniture is usually a half day.

We are based in Kirkland, so the storage buildings around Totem Lake, the Extra Space and Public Storage lots near Overlake and Willows Road in Redmond, and the CubeSmart and Public Storage buildings along the Bel-Red corridor in Bellevue are short drives for us. Seattle units in SoDo, Interbay, and along Aurora are a regular run too. Each facility has its own rhythm: some want the manager present for an abandoned unit, some give you a gate code and a deadline, and the multi-story buildings mean carts, an elevator, and a loading dock we need to reserve. Tell us the facility and unit number when you text and we will show up with the right cart, the right number of people, and a plan for the elevator.
