Furniture Delivery in Seattle: Marketplace Finds, Store Pickups, One Couch Across Town

You found the couch. It's in Redmond, it doesn't fit in the Subaru, and the seller wants it gone by Sunday. Text us the listing and we'll pick it up, wrap it, and set it in your living room, often the same day.

Small jobs get the full treatment here. A sectional off Facebook Marketplace in Bellevue, a dresser from Craigslist in Ballard, a dining table the store wants two weeks to deliver, a mattress that needs to get from your old apartment to your new one. Two movers and the lift-gate truck come out for the same hourly rate as a full move, and if you already have the truck, labor-only is cheaper still. Send the listing photo and both addresses; you'll have a price in minutes.

  • Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp and Nextdoor pickups anywhere in our 60-mile area
  • Store pickups: skip the two-week delivery window, we go when the schedule has a gap, often the same day
  • Two movers and the lift-gate truck, $119/hour with a 2-hour minimum
  • Have your own truck or trailer? Labor-only help at $89/hour
  • Blanket-wrapped, strapped, carried in and set where you want it

What furniture delivery costs

Two movers and the 16-ft lift-gate truck are $119 per hour with a 2-hour minimum and no travel fee, so a single couch across town is $238 all-in and there's no separate delivery charge on top. Two hours covers most pickups inside the Eastside or inside Seattle, and a Marketplace run that crosses the lake on SR-520 usually fits too. If it goes longer, you're billed by the half hour at the same rate. Already have a pickup, a trailer or a rented van? Labor-only is $89 per hour for two movers with dollies and straps (same 2-hour minimum) and we meet you at the seller's door. Multiple stops on one trip are fine; that's just more time on the clock, not more fees. Text the listing photo to (206) 609-5581 and we'll tell you which option is cheaper for your job.

How a pickup and delivery goes

Text us the listing (the photo, the pickup address, and where it's going). We reply with a price and a window, and if we have a gap that afternoon we'll say so. Tell the seller when to expect us; we'll text them on the way. At pickup we wrap the piece in blankets, strap it on the lift gate, and secure it in the truck so it doesn't slide on I-405. At your place it comes in the door, up the stairs if there are stairs, and gets set exactly where you want it: legs on the couch, mirror on the dresser, table flipped upright. If you need the old couch gone to make room, it rides back on the same truck as junk, priced as a single item, $89–$139. Payment is at the end: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or cash.

Where the runs go

The classic run: a Marketplace couch in Redmond or Sammamish, delivered to a Capitol Hill or Ballard apartment across SR-520. Or the reverse, a Seattle seller and a Bellevue or Kirkland buyer. We're based in Kirkland, so the Eastside end of that trip is minutes away, and I-405 gets us from Bothell to Renton without much drama outside rush hour. Store pickups work the same way: the sofa you bought in Bellevue or the mattress from the outlet in Tukwila, loaded at the dock and, when the schedule allows, delivered the same afternoon instead of the two-week window the store offered. We also do the family shuttle: the dresser your sister is giving you in Renton, grandma's hutch in Wallingford going to Issaquah. Seattle apartments with elevator reservations or loading docks? Tell us the building rules and we'll work inside them.

Able to show up on short notice and were quick and thorough. Price was reasonable as well. And to top things off, very personable. Would definitely hire again.

Furniture Delivery Questions

How much does furniture delivery cost in Seattle?
$119 per hour for two movers and the lift-gate truck, 2-hour minimum, no travel fee: $238 all-in for most single-piece runs across town. If you have your own truck or van, labor-only is $89 per hour for two movers, also with a 2-hour minimum. Text the listing photo and both addresses for an exact number.
Can you pick it up today?
Often, yes. Sellers on Marketplace want the piece gone fast, and we keep gaps in the schedule for exactly this. Text (206) 609-5581 before mid-afternoon with the listing and there's a good chance it's in your living room tonight. If today is full, we'll say so and offer the first real slot, usually tomorrow.
Do I need to be at the pickup?
No. Plenty of buyers meet us at the delivery end only. Send us the seller's name and number and pay the seller yourself (we don't carry money for the sale); we'll coordinate the pickup time directly and text you a photo of the piece before it goes on the truck. Same for store pickups: forward the order confirmation and we'll handle the dock.
Is there a minimum, even for one small item?
Yes, 2 hours, for the truck or for labor-only. That covers the drive to the seller, wrapping, loading, the drive to you, and the carry-in. If it's a chair or a nightstand and the truck feels like overkill, tell us; a second item on the same run only adds time if it pushes past the 2 hours, so people batch two pickups into one trip.

Let's get you moved.
