A Steady Hand for a Hard Week
Clearing a loved one's home is heavy in every sense. We work at your pace, set aside anything personal, donate what can help someone else, and leave the house broom-swept and ready — whether you're in the next room or three states away.
An estate cleanout isn't a junk job — it's somebody's whole house, and usually somebody's whole heart. We treat it that way. You flag what stays with the family; we carefully box photos, papers, and jewelry the moment we find them; usable furniture and goods go to local charities before anything goes to a landfill. Most whole-home cleanouts run $800–$2,000 depending on volume, well under franchise pricing, and we'll quote it free from a walkthrough or photos.

- Broom-swept finish so the home is ready to list, rent, or hand over

How we handle an estate cleanout
We start with a walkthrough — in person or on video — and you tell us what the family is keeping. Then we work room by room at whatever pace the situation needs. Anything that looks personal gets boxed and set aside: albums, letters, files, the small valuable things that hide in drawers. Nothing leaves the property until you've seen that box. Families tell us afterward that this is the part they remember, so it's the part we never rush.
Managing it from out of state
A lot of estate cleanouts are run by a son in Phoenix or a daughter in Chicago who can't fly out for a week of sorting. We make that work: a video walkthrough to scope and quote the job, lockbox or realtor access on cleanout day, photo updates as each room clears, and a final walkthrough on video before we lock up. We're happy to coordinate directly with your realtor or attorney too. You handle the decisions; we handle everything with weight.
Donations first, landfill last
A lived-in home is full of things that can genuinely help someone: furniture, coats, cookware, books. Those go to local charities first. Metal and electronics go to recycling. Only what's truly done goes to the transfer station — and since donated and recycled loads cost less to handle than dump loads, sorting carefully isn't just the right thing, it actually lowers your bill.
