Construction Debris Removal in Seattle & the Eastside

Drywall, lumber, cabinets, tile, old fixtures: we load it straight from the pile in the garage or the driveway and haul it the same day, priced by the truck space it takes.

Every remodel ends the same way: the new kitchen looks great and the old one is stacked in the garage. Contractors need the site cleared before the next trade shows up, and DIY remodelers discover the transfer station charges by weight and always has a line. We load construction debris from wherever it is piled, haul it the same day, and price it by truck space with labor and disposal included. Heavy stuff is quoted from a photo so nobody gets a surprise.

  • A few cabinets or a small pile: $89–$139. Quarter truck $349–$499, half truck $649–$899, full 16-ft truck $1,299–$1,599
  • Drywall, lumber, cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, doors, windows, sinks, toilets, and fixtures
  • Loaded from the pile, the garage, or the job site; we bring the contractor bags and the muscle
  • Concrete, tile, and roofing are capped by weight, so send a photo and we quote it straight
  • No asbestos, no hazardous materials, no paint or solvents; everything else goes on the truck

Priced by truck space, with one honest exception

Most renovation debris is bulky and light: drywall, trim, cabinets, doors, carpet, insulation. That gets priced by the space it takes on our 16-ft truck. A quarter truck is $349–$499, a half truck $649–$899, three-quarters $999–$1,299, and a full truck $1,299–$1,599, with all labor and disposal fees inside the number. A gutted bathroom is usually a quarter truck. A full kitchen with cabinets, countertops, and the old flooring is usually a half. The exception is heavy material. Concrete, tile, brick, plaster, and roofing weigh far more per foot than drywall, and the transfer station charges us by the ton, so we cap those loads by weight rather than space and quote them from a photo before we commit. That is the only way to keep the price honest for both of us. Text pictures of the pile to (206) 609-5581 and we reply with a number, not a range that grows on site.

How a debris pickup goes

You text photos, we text a price, and we pick a window that fits the job. On the day, we back up as close to the pile as the driveway allows, lay down a runner if we are crossing finished floors, and start loading. Sheet goods get stacked flat, lumber gets bundled, and loose rubble goes into contractor bags so nothing shreds the truck or your lawn. We pull nails that are pointing up, sweep the slab or the garage floor, and rake the driveway before we leave. Contractors: we can meet your lead at the site, work around the electrician, and text you a photo of the cleared area when we roll out, so you do not have to drive over. A quarter-truck bathroom pile takes about 45 minutes. A full kitchen demo takes closer to two hours. We run every day from 8am to 10pm, so an after-hours pickup between trades is fine.

Kirkland, Bellevue, Seattle: where the remodels are

We are based in Kirkland, and the Eastside is one long remodel right now. Split-levels in Juanita and Kingsgate getting new kitchens, 1970s ramblers in Bellevue's Lake Hills and Crossroads losing their oak cabinets and brass fixtures, Redmond and Sammamish homes adding basement suites. In Seattle it is the craftsman bungalows in Ballard, Wallingford, and Greenwood, where the debris pile ends up on a narrow driveway or a parking strip and the transfer station run means an hour in traffic each way. We also cover Bothell, Woodinville, Issaquah, Renton, Shoreline, and Lynnwood. One thing we will not load anywhere: asbestos or anything that might be. Popcorn ceilings, old vinyl floor tile, duct wrap, and some plasters in pre-1980s houses can contain it, and that material needs an abatement contractor and a sealed disposal path. If the age of the house makes us wonder, we will ask for the test result before we touch the pile.

Construction Debris Removal Questions

How much does construction debris removal cost in Seattle?
Light renovation debris is priced by truck space: $349–$499 for a quarter truck, $649–$899 for a half, up to $1,299–$1,599 for a full 16-ft truck, labor and disposal included. Concrete, tile, and roofing are capped by weight and quoted from a photo. Text pictures of the pile to (206) 609-5581 for a firm number.
Can you pick up the same day the demo finishes?
Usually, yes. Text us the morning of the demo with a photo of what is coming out and we will hold an afternoon or evening slot. We run 8am to 10pm every day, so a pickup after the crew leaves and before the next trade arrives at 7am is a normal request for us.
What construction materials will you not take?
Asbestos or anything suspected of containing it, paint, solvents, adhesives, propane, and other hazardous materials. If a pre-1980s house is losing its ceiling texture, floor tile, or old insulation, get it tested first and send us the result. Everything else from a normal remodel, including old toilets and sinks, goes on the truck.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes, and we like those jobs. We meet your lead at the site, load from wherever the pile is, send a photo of the cleared area when we leave, and invoice the company rather than the homeowner if that is how you run it. Your crew stays on the tools instead of running the dump, and the site is clear before the next trade shows up.
