Shoreline Movers, From Rambler to Rail Stop
From the Richmond Beach bluffs to the new light-rail stops at 148th and 185th, we move Shoreline's ramblers and apartments, and the stuff that isn't coming along leaves on the same truck.
Shoreline is two cities in one: mid-century neighborhoods full of 1950s ramblers, and a brand-new skyline of apartments rising around the light-rail stations. We move both, and because we're junk haulers too, whatever isn't making the trip disappears on the same truck.

Moving in Shoreline, rambler to rail stop
Most of Shoreline went up in one postwar burst, so we know the housing by heart: single-story ramblers in Ridgecrest and Meridian Park with full basements, narrow driveways, and door frames that have met a few couches. Then there's the new Shoreline: six- and seven-story apartment buildings clustered around the 148th and 185th light-rail stations, where moving day means reserved elevators, loading zones, and a garage clearance our 16-ft truck actually respects. Down in Richmond Beach and Innis Arden, the streets drop toward the Sound and the driveways get interesting. We've carried furniture up all of them. Aurora traffic is the one thing we can't fix, so we schedule around it.
Junk removal for six decades of basement
A rambler bought in 1962 has had sixty years to fill its basement, and Shoreline is where our cleanout crews earn their keep. Downsizing, clearing an estate, or just reclaiming the rec room: we sort donate-first, recycle the metal and e-waste, and haul the rest: single items from $89, a full 16-ft truck for $1,299–$1,599, with all labor and disposal included. Landlords along Aurora and in North City use us for turnover cleanouts between tenants, usually within a day or two of the call. You point at what goes; we do every bit of the lifting, basement stairs included.
The light-rail shuffle and the downsizing bundle
Two things are moving Shoreline right now. The light rail opened at 148th and 185th and set off a wave of apartment turnover: renters trading car commutes for a train ride, leases flipping every month. And a generation of longtime homeowners is downsizing out of those big-lot ramblers into condos and senior communities. That second move is exactly what we were built for: we load what's going to the new place, haul what isn't, and hand back a broom-swept house that's ready to list. One truck, one trip, one bill. Ask about pairing a move with a cleanout; it's cheaper than booking two companies and about half the stress.
