Your Garage Wants to Be a Garage Again

Boxes from two moves ago, a rusted grill, three bikes with two working wheels between them. We haul it all, sweep the floor, and hand you back a parking spot — usually in a couple of hours.

A garage fills up one 'I'll deal with it later' at a time, and then one day the car lives outside. We fix that in a single visit: you point at what stays, we load everything else, donate what's still useful, recycle the metal, and finish with a real sweep-out. Most garage cleanouts run $179–$479 — $100 or more under what the national franchises quote for the same load.

  • Single-car garages typically $179–$349; a packed two-car tops out at $599 for a full 16-ft truck
  • Sweep-out finish included — we leave a floor you can park on, not a cleared path through the mess
  • Donate-first: working tools, bikes, and furniture go to local charities, not the transfer station
  • Same-day and next-day slots most of the week, 8am–10pm daily
  • Text photos of the garage to (206) 609-5581 and get a price range in minutes

How a garage cleanout works

Open the door, give us the tour, and point: keep, go, not sure. We stage the keepers safely to one side, load the rest into the truck, and flag anything that looks like it matters — photos, paperwork, that box of trophies — before it goes anywhere. Then comes the part people love: the sweep-out. Leaves, sawdust, the mystery grit of a decade — gone. You get a garage that's actually usable, and most jobs wrap in two to three hours.

Where your stuff actually goes

Half of what's in a typical garage isn't junk — it's just stuff you're done with. Working tools, sports gear, and furniture go to local charities first. Scrap metal, e-waste, and old appliances go to recycling. Only the genuinely spent stuff rides to the transfer station. Less landfill, and a cleaner conscience at no extra charge. (The exceptions: paint, chemicals, motor oil, and propane tanks are hazardous waste we can't legally haul — we'll point you to the right drop-off.)

Moving soon? One truck, one trip.

The garage is where moves go to stall — nobody wants to pack it, and nobody wants to move it. Book your garage cleanout with your move and we solve it in one visit: we load what you keep, haul what you don't, and the new garage starts life empty instead of inheriting the old one's problems. One crew, one bill, and the single biggest 'why did we wait so long' moment in moving.

Garage Cleanout Questions

How much does a garage cleanout cost in Seattle?
Most single-car garages run $179–$349, and even a floor-to-ceiling two-car garage caps at $479–$599 — that's a full 16-ft truck. National franchises charge $600–$850 for the same truckload, so you're typically saving $100–$250. Text photos to (206) 609-5581 for a real range in minutes.
Do I need to sort or box anything before you arrive?
Nope. Sorting is part of the job. Some folks tape a note on the keepers, others just stand there with a coffee and point. Both systems work great.
What can't you take?
Hazardous stuff: paint, chemicals, motor oil, gas cans, and propane tanks. Everything else in a typical garage — furniture, tools, appliances, tires, that treadmill — goes on the truck. We'll tell you exactly where to drop the hazardous items, usually a facility 15 minutes away.

Point at it. It's gone.
