What a 1-bedroom actually costs here
Take the most common Seattle move, a 1-bedroom apartment. At $119 an hour, three to four hours of loading, driving and unloading comes to $357 to $476, and with no travel fee that is the whole price. A studio is usually two to three hours, $238 to $357. A 2-bedroom runs four to six hours, $476 to $714. Those are the same numbers our pricing page prints, because they come from the same table.

Three things shorten the clock. Pack before we arrive, because a packed home moves about 30 percent faster. Book Monday to Thursday if you can, since weekends fill first. And get rid of what you are not keeping: we can haul junk on the same truck, priced by the space it takes, so you are not paying an hourly rate to move things you were about to throw away.
