Lynnwood Moves, 15 Minutes from Our Driveway
From the new towers by the light rail station to the ramblers of Alderwood Manor, Lynnwood is basically our backyard. Quick quotes, short drive, and the best hourly rate on either side of the county line.
Our Totem Lake base sits 15 minutes down I-405, which makes Lynnwood one of the easiest calls we take: fast arrival, no travel padding, honest rate. Apartments by the station, split-levels off 196th, storage units by the mall — we move it all and haul what you're done with in the same trip.
What does Lynnwood cost?
Moving or junk — ballpark it in 10 seconds.

Moving in Lynnwood, old blocks and new towers
Lynnwood is two cities in one right now. Around the City Center light rail station, new apartment buildings are stacking up along 44th Ave W and 196th St SW, complete with reserved elevators, parking-garage clearance bars, and load zones we scout before the truck arrives (a 16-ft box fits where the big vans don't). Out in Alderwood Manor, Cedar Valley, and Martha Lake it's a different move: 1960s ramblers and split-levels on generous lots, tight interior stairs, and forty years of accumulation. We handle both on the same $129/hr rate, and because we're 15 minutes away, even small jobs make sense. A studio near the station is often done in two hours.
Junk removal where the garages are full
Those Alderwood Manor lots hold a lot of garage. If yours has become a museum of past hobbies, we'll clear it: single items from $99, a full 16-ft truckload for $479–$599, all loading included from wherever it sits. Apartment folks, we do small pickups too — the old couch or mattress that can't ride the light rail to your next place. Usable furniture goes to donation and metal to recycling before anything sees a landfill, and being this close means Lynnwood gets our fastest same-day junk slots. Call or text before mid-afternoon and there's a good chance it's gone the same evening.
The light rail changed the math
Since the Link terminus opened at Lynnwood Transit Center, the city fills with people who want Seattle's paycheck without Seattle's rent, and the moving traffic runs both directions: into the new buildings by the station, and out of Seattle apartments into real square footage up here. We ride that current weekly. Students at Edmonds College (which, yes, is actually in Lynnwood) book our $99/hr labor-only crews for dorm-size moves, and first-time buyers headed to Perrinville or Meadowdale get a full-service move that still costs less than the big names' deposit. Wherever you're going in south Snohomish County, Lynnwood is the gateway, and we know every exit.
