Shed Removal in Seattle, Plus Playsets, Swing Sets & Trampolines
The kids outgrew it, or the roof finally caved. We show up with the drills and the saw, take it apart where it stands, haul every piece, and rake the footprint so all that is left is a patch of flat grass.
Backyard structures are the junk that will not fit in a bag. A metal shed is a hundred rusty screws holding thin panels together, a wooden playset is pressure-treated posts set in concrete, and a trampoline is a spring-loaded puzzle nobody wants to solve twice. We bring the tools and the patience, break it down on site, and haul it in one trip. Most sheds, swing sets, and trampolines land in the quarter-to-half-truck range, labor and disposal included.
- Trampolines and most swing sets: quarter truck, $349–$499. Sheds and big playsets: half truck, $649–$899
- Metal sheds, wood sheds, swing sets, playsets, trampolines, treehouses, and the old dog run
- We bring the impact drivers, the reciprocating saw, and the pry bars; you bring nothing
- Footprint raked clean, screws and staples picked up, so the lawn is safe for bare feet
- Metal panels, springs, and frames go to recycling; clean lumber recycled where facilities allow

What shed and playset removal costs
We price by how much of the truck the pieces fill once the structure is down, and the tear-down labor is already in that number. A trampoline, even a 15-footer with the safety net, breaks down into a bundle of poles, a rolled mat, and a bag of springs: a quarter truck at $349–$499. A basic metal swing set or a small plastic playset lands in that same tier. A 6x8 or 8x10 metal shed folds into flat panels and is usually a quarter truck too, unless it is full of stuff, in which case the contents ride along and it becomes a half truck at $649–$899. Wooden sheds and the big cedar playsets with the tower, the slide, and the rock wall are heavier and bulkier, so they run a half truck and occasionally three-quarters at $999–$1,299. Send a photo of the structure and the gate to (206) 609-5581 and we will give you one price for the whole thing, tear-down included.
How the tear-down goes
We walk the yard first to find the path to the truck, then get to work. Trampolines come apart in reverse: net poles off, springs unhooked into a bucket, mat rolled, frame sections pulled. Swing sets and playsets get the swings and slide off first, then the bolts backed out with an impact driver; anything rusted solid gets cut. Metal sheds unscrew into panels that stack flat. Wood sheds get the roof off, then the walls dropped one at a time, and the floor pried up last. If the posts are set in concrete, we dig them out with the footing when it is a reasonable size, or cut them flush and tell you what is left. When the pieces are on the truck, we rake the footprint, run a magnet sweep for screws and staples, and haul the bark or pea gravel if you want it gone. A trampoline is about 45 minutes. A big playset or a wood shed is two to three hours.
Sammamish, Issaquah, Woodinville: the playset capitals
Every family neighborhood on the Eastside has the same backyard timeline. The cedar playset goes in when the kids are four, the trampoline arrives at eight, and by the time they are driving, both are sitting in the corner of the yard going grey. We see it constantly in the Sammamish plateau neighborhoods, the Klahanie and Issaquah Highlands cul-de-sacs, the big lots in Woodinville and Hollywood Hill, Redmond's Education Hill, and the older split-level streets in Lynnwood and Mill Creek. Kirkland, where we are based, and Bothell next door are a ten-minute drive. Sheds are their own story: the metal ones rust through at the base after fifteen wet winters, and the wood ones that came with the house are usually holding a lawnmower nobody has started in years. Tell us the city, send a photo of the thing and the route to the driveway, and we will have a number back the same day.

These guys were exceptional with taking away my debris and junk that was in my yard. The price was reasonable and they were available to provide same-day service. I would surely hire them again or recommend them for anyone look…

They came through last minute after other services failed to show... Worked hard, fast, and with immense skill. Stellar attitude, not one complaint. Rare to find such skilled labor for such fair pricing these days. 10/10.
