Most Edmonds moves point downhill: out of a mid-century rambler in Seaview, Westgate, or Five Corners and down into the Bowl, where the condo buildings near Sunset Ave and the marina come with elevators, parking rules, and neighbors who notice everything. We reserve the elevator, pad the corners, and keep the truck out of everyone's way. The streets dropping into downtown are steep and the driveways up top are often narrow and sloped, so we position the 16-ft truck where gravity helps instead of hurts. On summer weekends we plan around the ferry line on SR-104, because sitting in Kingston traffic is not billable work we want on your clock.
Estate cleanouts and the downsizing purge
Downsizing math is simple and brutal: the 3-bedroom house does not fit in the 2-bedroom condo. We solve it in one booking. The keepers get moved; the rest gets sorted, donated, recycled, or hauled, with single items from $99 and full truckloads at $479–$599. For estate cleanouts we slow down: valuables, photos, and paperwork get set aside and handed to the family before anything leaves the house, and we finish broom-swept so the home is ready to list. Senior moves nobody has to hurry
