Mukilteo Movers for Bluff Driveways and Ferry Traffic
Harbour Pointe cul-de-sacs, Chennault Beach driveways that drop toward the water, apartments along the Speedway: we plan the truck position first and the ferry line second, 30 minutes from Kirkland.
Mukilteo is about 30 minutes from our Kirkland base, up I-405 and I-5, and it's a city with two very different moving days. Harbour Pointe is planned-community moving: two-story houses, association covenants, and cul-de-sacs. Old Town, Chennault Beach, and Goat Trail are bluff moving: steep, narrow driveways, view homes with stairs down to the door, and a ferry line on the Speedway that can trap a truck. We do both at $119/hr for a 2-man crew, junk included on the same trip.

Moving in Mukilteo, from the bluff to Harbour Pointe
The hard part of a Mukilteo move is usually the last fifty feet. Homes in Old Town, on Goat Trail, and along Chennault Beach Road sit on the bluff with driveways that are steep, narrow, and sometimes shared, so we walk every one before the truck moves and decide whether the 16-ft box backs down or stays at the top with a longer carry. View homes tend to have the living room a floor below the entry, which means stairs with every piece. Harbour Pointe is the opposite: flat cul-de-sacs, two-story houses from the 80s and 90s, and an association that expects the truck in the driveway and off the street by evening. Along the Mukilteo Speedway the apartment complexes have gate codes and assigned parking, and the Picnic Point townhomes come with tandem garages. Then there's the ferry. On summer Fridays the line for Clinton backs up the Speedway for a mile, so we schedule around sailings and come in from the Paine Field side.
Junk removal, carried up the bluff so you don't have to
Junk in Mukilteo is priced by truck space, and the ranges hold no matter how steep the driveway: a single item $89–$139, a quarter of the 16-ft truck $349–$499, a half $649–$899, three quarters $999–$1,299, the full truck $1,299–$1,599. The carrying is inside the price, including the flight of stairs from a Goat Trail daylight basement. A worked example from Harbour Pointe: a retired couple selling the house had a hot tub on the deck, a garage of golf gear and patio furniture, a treadmill, and two old TVs. The hot tub priced on its own at $225–$400 since it's a specialty item, the garage load came to a quarter truck, and the TVs went as a $59 e-waste add-on rather than $89 each. Patio furniture and the golf gear went to donation, the metal to recycling, and the rest rode ten minutes to the Airport Road transfer station.
Mukilteo pricing, from a crew 24 miles away
The price list is short. A 2-man crew with the truck is $119/hr, a 3-man crew is $159/hr, and if you've already rented a truck or a container, labor only is $89/hr. There's no travel fee, and the total we quote is the whole price. Typical Mukilteo results: a 1-bedroom on the Speedway or a Picnic Point townhome lands between $360 and $480, a 2-bedroom between $480 and $720, and a full Harbour Pointe house is a 3-man day priced from photos. Twenty-four miles from Kirkland is a drive you don't pay for, no travel fee and the clock only runs on the work, while the hourly rate stays under what most two-mover crews around Everett and the Eastside charge. Boeing schedules and ferry timetables both matter here, so we run 8am to 10pm every day and will start a move after a shift ends. Text (206) 609-5581 with photos and the address, and mention the driveway.
