East Hill's big apartment communities along 104th Ave SE and the Benson Highway have their own moving rules (assigned stalls, tight lots, third-floor walk-ups), and none of them cost extra with us. Down the James Street hill, the older homes on Scenic Hill and the newer townhomes near Kent Station load straight from the street. Family plats around Lake Meridian and Panther Lake usually mean a garage full of bikes and a trampoline in the yard; we plan for both. And when SR 167 does its afternoon parking-lot impression, we route around it on Central Avenue or the East Valley Highway so your clock isn't running in traffic.
